With the government's vision of providing housing for all by 2022 and interest subsidy offered under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, affordable housing segment is getting a boost. But even in this case, people are still struggling to get home loans. At CGHFL we are of firm belief that it's the right of every Indian to realise their dream of owning a home. Lengthy procedures and rigidity of financial institutions on documentation/income assessment should not act as a deterrent in their pursuit. We are committed to create a solid social impact by empowering those ignored by traditional lenders by supporting their dream. We do not doubt the intentions of our borrowers who are out there to buy their first home, nor do we judge them by what they do to earn a living. We take immense pride in supporting people who work as security guards, those who ply auto-rickshaws and those who run very small businesses. We do not harp on mere documents to assess their income, but we invest in the collective intention of the family. When these people are empowered, they become important stakeholders of the society and will eventually contribute significantly to India's growth story.
