Albanian Prison Ministry - www.shkbsh.com Shkbsh provides care for prisoners and their families and aims to commit the Albanian society to this often forgotten group of people. We organize meetings inside prison, provide rehabilitation programs and offer support to break the chain of poverty and impossibilities. We get support from organizations and individuals, and it is encouraging that this support is growing over the years, Our latest projects are Diakonia - a program that aims at isolated families of prisoners and The Prisoners Journey - an 8 week program about life changing issues around the most famous prisoner ever: Jesus Christ. Every Christmas we run Angel Tree project, a program in which prisoners can apply for a present for their child or children through the help of volunteers. These volunteers actually buy and deliver the present in the name of the incarcerated parent.
