Anicca Digital is an independently-owned, award-winning digital marketing agency based in Leicester. We were established in 2007, by our founder and Managing Director Ann Stanley. We work with ca. 50 clients from the UK and Europe, plus local and regional businesses based in the East and West Midlands. Around a third of our clients have retail and eCommerce businesses. However, for the vast majority of our clients, we provide lead generation services, across a range of high-tech industries and service sectors; aimed at other businesses (B2B) or consumers (B2C). We have won several industry awards, including the Grand Prix at the Drum UK Search Awards, and we are certified Google Premier Partners and part of the Meta business Partner programme. Our Mission is to: Share our digital marketing expertise to help accelerate your business growth Working in partnership with you and your internal team, we use multi-channel and data-driven strategies to smash your business objectives. This could include; increasing market share, new client acquisition, driving revenue/profits, the launch of new products or services, Our purpose is to increase the revenue, profits and the success of our eCommerce and lead generation clients; by driving customer brand awareness, acquisition, conversion, retention and advocacy (BACRA). We achieve this by using a combination of paid, owned, earned media and by making technical improvements to the website, to improve the performance of the site. After an initial discovery and planning phase, we use a range of integrated techniques; including SEO, content marketing, paid media, social media, PR and Analytics. We also provide a range of training courses leading to a digital marketing qualification (from the DMI + CIM), we run a free weekly webinar (every Friday) and an annual conference.
