Windsor Academy Trust was formed to improve the quality of educational provision through the sharing of ideas and best practice amongst its schools. At Windsor Academy Trust we combine a shared experience of primary and secondary schools and promote student and staff collaboration. This raises aspirations across a small family of schools united in their ethos and operation to achieve the very best for all their students. We are committed to achieving the highest quality of learning experience for all of our students and to achieving the best possible outcomes for them. The learning experience is based upon a set of learning and teaching principles that have been developed by teachers across the Trust and provides a uniting philosophy that places the learning needs of all children at the heart of the Trusts work.
