Pavarini McGovern is the "new building" business unit of the STO Building Group in the greater New York City metropolitan area. Pavarini McGovern's project types include entirely new structures, major expansions, and building repositioning for both public and private sector clients in a variety of market sectors including cultural, education, hospitality, residential, retail, commercial/office, and civic/institutional. We believe that bringing passion and creativity to construction translates into great finished projects and satisfied clients.
