In 1985, Dave and Sharon VanDyke founded Precision Construction as a residential and commercial contractor. Today the company has expanded to constructing luxury housing communities, shopping centers, office buildings, medical facilities, hotels, shopping centers, student housing, churches and other commercial spaces. Our corporate headquarters are located in Highland, Indiana and serves as a location for all business operations, we are licensed in both Indiana and Illinois.
