Each of the storage facilities has a 24-hour security system and offers free use of trolleys and forklift trucks with qualified operators. As well as its core self-storage business, Lok'nStore offers its customers specialist storage insurance and also sells boxes and other packaging. Relationships with local removal companies, van hire and "man-with-a-van" have been established at all of the sites in order to provide better customer service.
