The Coaching Room has expertise in developmental coaching, leadership evolution and training. We coach CEOs and their leadership teams individually and collectively. We also partner with your organisation to develop and facilitate training programs that take a whole or integrated approach to development that includes; People (attitudes, knowledge and skills) Culture; (collective communications, attitudes, worldviews) and Social systems (group behaviors, dynamics and hard systems). Our passion collectively is human transformation and the evolution of consciousness utilising leading edge methodologies as part of our coaching and training programs. We work with some of the world's leading companies at the highest level, including Fiji Airways, Kantar Media, Optus, John Deere Australia, Beiersdorf Australia, Gold Fields, Flight Centre, as well as State, Federal and Local Australian and International Government institutions.
