Verv Energy specialises in high-speed data acquisitions and AI in the electrical domain. High-definition fault-finding technology for the next generation of smart Heat Pumps, and Air Conditioners. We provide usage information and product utilisation directly via a web portal app or dashboard to an existing BMS. Verv has created an AI-based predictive maintenance isolator suite for Heat Pump, Air Conditioners, and other large electrical loads, called Verv Connect ™ Verv's high-resolution predictive maintenance technology is integrated into a microchip in the Verv isolator and detects anomalies in how a Heat Pump or Air Conditioner is performing. Verv Connect ™ provides energy monitoring for accurate energy utilisation, can identify component fatigue signs and locate faults occurring or are about to occur in the utmost detail through real-time monitoring. This early detection capability allows quick intervention to minimise equipment failure and expensive repair costs. The high resolution at which we capture and analyse appliance data means that we have a detailed image of performance, allowing us to identify behaviour that cannot be detected with sensors or lower resolution monitoring. With the addition of artificial intelligence, we can train our algorithms to detect faults that may previously have gone unidentified. By detecting issues in the Heat Pumps, and Air-Con early, Verv can make them more energy efficient, longer lasting and more sustainable. The remote diagnostics tool allows equipment manufacturers to benefit from an enhanced consumer experience, a reduction in the significant costs associated with repairs in warranty and new and innovative business models.
