Founded in 1982 by Frank Chen, Pershing Services Corporation has undergone a rebranding and remains one of the leaders in IT services. Now known as Pershing Technology Services Corporation (PTSC), the company is in its second generation and chaired by Frank's son, Sean Chen. With headquarters located in Taipei, Taiwan, as well as two other branches in Kaohsiung 高雄 and Taichung 台中，PTSC continues to be a place for its employees to learn and grow while they "provide the smart changes" related to IT services for clients from all around the world.
