(Guoxin Lucent) was founded in Beijing on April 12th 1999. Mainly producing communication network management software, Guoxin Lucent is by far of the largest scale of its kind in China . The company, with a total investment of US$29.8 million and a registered capital of US$12 million, is registered in Pudong New Area of Shanghai. Specialized in the development, production and sale of new advanced communication network management technologies, and network management application software, system integration, network planning and the provision of technical consultation services, Guoxin Lucent is committed to improving the efficiency of network operation in China to a high level. Guoxin Lucent has strictly adopted the software developing process invented by Bell Labs to ensure the quality and achieved the certificate of ISO 9001 in July 2000.
