The Honeycomb Project

The Honeycomb Project is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with a focus on family volunteering. Our mission is to engage, mobilize and inspire kids and their families to strengthen Chicago's communities through public service. With 25,000+ volunteers mobilized over the last 10 years, Honeycomb has worked with 50+ nonprofit partners to provide reliable volunteers and vital resources. Honeycomb families spend quality time together while volunteering and educate themselves on important issues going on in the city such as homelessness, food insecurity, and social justice. Our hope is to build a culture of philanthropy for our families that will last a lifetime.
