Companies often have employees in mind to move into leadership positions. In order to guarantee success, a company must have the confidence to invest in developing employees in order to transform them into leaders. That means not only giving them the tools for success, but teaching them how to use those tools. We take into account company leaders' understanding of the needs of their company, as well as the emerging leader's skill gaps, and develop a six-month program, inclusive of weekly coaching. • Process Development and Management: As companies grow, they often start splintering off into multiple departments. How do those departments run independently while still working with other departments and with the vision of the entire company in mind? Well, with similar processes in place within each department. We help newly formed (or even not-so-well running) departments determine what processes need to be in place to ensure success. And then, we help the department and company leadership to implement those processes, creating a smoother running department, and a smoother running company.
