iCRA

ICRA aims to stimulate rural innovation in the South by strengthening the abilities of people and organizations in research, education and development to collaborate and learn from each other. Our focus is on strengthening the capacity of national partners to link technology, market development, policy and social organization to promote the competitiveness of small-scale enterprises, ensure the sustainable use of natural resources, and reduce poverty. Our international and multidisciplinary staff has extensive experience in training, rural research and institutional change in Asia, Africa and Latin America. We have offices in the Netherlands and France, and are represented in a.o. Southern Africa, Benin, Bolivia, Ghana, Kenya, Niger and Tanzania. We also work with of a wide range of institutions in the South and North. Our Netherlands office is located in Wageningen.
