HOB (House Of Business) is a Georgian company which has an 11-year experience of working on Georgian real estate market and therefore, has earned consumers' great trust and respect. The main direction of our company is to build comfortable multi-functional administrative buildings with modern architecture and design and lease them to the other companies. As concerns to the main purpose of the company, our goal is to create a comfortable working environment for Georgian businessmen and foreign investors and promote their business. These days, the company has four modern-standard office and storage buildings two of which are being utilized , one of them will begin to function in the near future, the fourth project is under construction and we are going to finish it by the end of 2017. About the future plans, we want to place trading pavilions and small fitness centers at the right side of The river Mtkvari, as well as to solve an acute problem of parking by means of multi-storeyed, underground-parking buildings.
