Davis Consulting Group offers land development management and land use planning services, with 22 years of planning and development experience. Our passion is in land development planning and project management. We understand the broad and complex nature of land development projects of all sizes and composition. From single-family home sites to multi-phase industrial parks and master planned communities, we leverage our ability and relationships navigating the processes and systems to deliver optimum value for our clients. We have successfully planned residential, commercial, industrial and institutional developments throughout Alberta. Our wealth of knowledge and experience was gained while undertaking the full spectrum of planning, development and project management for municipal and land development clients and employers. Our unparalleled skills and relationships, afforded through our diversity of roles in the private and public sectors, are instrumental in achieving results for our clients. Chris played a key role in Edmonton City Council's approval of 3 major area structure plans, in 2012-2014. Thereafter, Chris forged on to secure the approvals of the Marquis Neighbourhood Structure Plan in Horse Hill and the Uplands, River's Edge and Stillwater Neighbourhood Structure Plans in Riverview. Over the last five years, Chris achieved key industrial approvals and entitlements on projects within the Winterburn Industrial Area and Edmonton Energy and Technology Park. From 2011-2018, Chris proudly served as a member of the City of Fort Saskatchewan Subdivision and Development Appeal Board. Chris also sat as a member of the Urban Development Institute - Edmonton Region Planning Committee, from 2013-2018. We take pride in our ability to identify and resolve issues that would otherwise preclude development. From small projects involving zoning, subdivision and permitting, to large projects managing master planned developments, we deliver maximized results.
