Volunteer Services Council for Richmond State Supported Living Center

The Richmond State Supported Living Center (RSSLC) is an intermediate care facility and residence for approximately 325 individuals who are diagnosed as Intellectually and/or Developmentally Disabled (IDD). RSSLC serves thirteen counties in the Greater Houston Area. The Volunteer Services Council (VSC) of RSSLC is a 501c3 non-profit organization whose mission is to provide additional goods, services and enhancement of programs not available through the State. The partnership between the team and the VSC focuses on each individual, designing comprehensive plans to reach the highest quality of life possible.
