In the early noughties I left the corporate world to offer support to business leaders: CEOs, directors, entrepreneurs and owners. I discovered many leaders whose challenges were not really with the business at all - although it often seemed that way - but with their own inner worlds of thinking and feeling. Once you discover that the way you think and feel is up to you - not the situation you find yourself in - the whole world becomes a very different place. You become the architect of your experience, not its victim. Today I show leaders how to take control of their inner worlds, to give them far greater influence over their outer world of relationships, business activity and leadership.
