Clark Investment Group is a private real estate development and investment company based in Wichita, Kansas since 1960. The Clark portfolio includes 12,000,000 square feet of commercial real estate. With particular expertise in self-storage, Clark has developed over 100 self-storage facilities with more than 67,000 rental units, and is the nation's largest private source of equity for self-storage development. Current business interests span 23 states, including investments in master-planned communities, ethanol production facilities, express car washes, and various operating businesses. In addition to developing for its own account, Clark also provides capital and expertise to experienced joint-venture partners throughout the United States.
