HR Pacific Construction Management was founded 1999. Along with providing quality building in Golden B.C and surrounding areas, HR Pacific has an office in the lower mainland. HR Pacific Construction Management is owned by David Ratzlaff and is a family run business. David's reputation as a builder, 30 years of experience, his dedication to quality and his goal of exceeding his client's expectations has spread to the surrounding areas, Calgary and Vancouver where he has architecturally designed in-fill projects. HR Pacific's team of talented experienced builders embraces the challenge of rapid advancements in building technology, working seamlessly with architects and incorporating Building Integrated Modeling (BIM) into their projects. David was the honoured recipient of several awards in 2011 including the Business Entrepreneur Award, and was selected as one of the Top 10 Business People of the Year by Kootenay Business Magazine. Experienced in Commercial and Residential construction, HR Pacific continues to expand their repertoire by embracing the challenge of new designs and technology in the construction industry. Working closely with award-winning architects and trades enables the builders to create the homeowner's dream. The organization's projects are featured regularly in professional building publications. HR Pacific has recently expanded to offer in house Residential and Interior Design services for the Kicking Horse and surrounding areas. HR Pacific has collaborated with Samuelson Timber Frame Designs and Rebecca Rodgers Interior Design to create our local office.
