Camp Psychological & Consulting Services

In 2009, recognizing the continued unmet needs of multicultural communities, Christina Camp opened Camp Psychological & Consulting Services, a mental health practice dedicated to addressing disparities in mental health outcomes and providing much-needed education and support to minority communities. We seek to provide support through the evidence-based practices and the provision of culturally sensitive treatment approaches in individual therapy, family therapy, couples therapy, group therapy, therapeutic retreats, and psycho-educational workshops. Camp Psychological & Consulting Services also provides ongoing training to organizations and mental health providers on culturally competent service delivery and engages in research on both health disparities and culturally specific interventions to address them. In addition, Camp Psychological & Consulting Services participates in community education and advocacy to promote mental health, decrease cultural bias, and combat stigma.
