Le Scribe, a 5-star hotel of the Sofitel brand, is a typical Rive Droite emblem located on the Grands Boulevards. Built in 1863 as part of the creation of the Opera district, the hotel was immediately chosen as the headquarters of the prestigious Jockey Club and is the address of one of the first Louis Vuitton boutiques. The Lumière brothers organised the first public screening of the cinema and many artists and celebrities, such as Josephine Baker, resided here. A key player in Parisian life, Le Scribe, is today writing a new page in its history and reinventing the Parisian spirit in collaboration with Wilson Associates - Atelier Tristan Auer.
