Commercial Transactions - We regularly advise employers on the employment aspects of mergers & acquisitions, including due diligence reviews, TUPE, and negotiation & drafting of warranties & indemnities. Industrial relations - We advise on collective bargaining issues, trade union recognition, pay & other types of claim or industrial action.
