Idea/manufacturing Generation- is the start of a project and may not be an expensive part of the over all product development, but it can consume 50% of development time. This where major commitments are typically made involving time, money, and the product's final manufacturing methods, setting the course for the entire project and final end product. This phase must be considered as an essential part of development rather than something that happens "before development," the Idea Generation time should be included in the total development cycle time. MCD after brainstorming and listening to what our clients needs are, help in the direction of this process to evaluate the best manufacturing method possible for the design at hand and input valuable cost saving idea's and direction.
