Our product is 100% natural. Our sorbet are made with a minimum of 70% fruit that is hand selected by our gelatiere (gelato master). We are one of a handful of companies in the US using the hot process in making our gelato. Our gelatiere (master of Italian Artisan gelato) is Italian and studied at the University of flavors in Italy the best institution to learn about the art of gelato making. With his experience our gelatiere is able to create his own recipes creating any kind of flavors our costumers desire.
