Green Street Realty is a licensed real estate office located on the University of Illinois campus in Champaign, Illinois. Green Street Realty specializes in the management of commercial and residential property, with a special emphasis on student housing. Green Street Realty manages over 2,000 residential rental units, including over 2,700 student housing beds located on both the University of Illinois and Eastern Illinois University campuses. In addition, we have a wide selection of single family homes and apartment options throughout Champaign, Urbana, Rantoul, Decatur and Savoy. Green Street Realty is proud to manage several of areas largest apartment communities including student housing locations that include Capstone Quarters (608 beds), Atrium Apartments Urbana (240 beds), 609 S Randolph, Champaign (132 beds), University Village Charleston (391 beds) and Youngstown Apartments Charleston (159 beds). Some of our off campus locations include University Park Apartments (108 units), Tennyson Courtyard (96 units), Oakwood Estates Decatur (80 units) and Rainbow Apartments (72 units).
