Windsor Academy Trust was formed to improve the quality of educational provision through the sharing of ideas and best practice amongst its schools. At Windsor Academy Trust we combine a shared experience of primary and secondary schools and promote student and staff collaboration. This raises aspirations across a small family of schools united in their ethos and operation to achieve the very best for all their students. The learning experience is based upon a set of learning and teaching principles that have been developed by teachers across the Trust and provides a uniting philosophy that places the learning needs of all children at the heart of the Trusts work.
