We have made 30 investments and understand what it takes to build capabilities and to take a company to the next level of performance. Companies with revenues of $25 - $300 million are uniquely driven, entrepreneurial and focused. They face special challenges, often with limited resources. They can be more vulnerable to market fluctuations and face many obstacles in executing their plans. ICV looks at the problems confronting a company and the possible solutions through the lens of a supportive partner. Because we are passionate about helping to build and strengthen smaller, middle-market companies, we are focused on being supportive advisors to our management partners.
