Freemyme is a new concept of fitness. A concept of enjoyment, community and lifestyle. Our aim is to create a franchise, which will add a new approach to exercise, health and fitness. We believe in bringing back the fun and enjoyment, which physical movement endorses on the body and mind, therefore creating a platform, for not only a healthier and more satisfied lifestyle, but a happier one at that. The fitness industry is ever growing, for good reason too. We have brought brand new group classes, to suit the majority of modern day fitness goals. Goals such as De-stressing, Building muscle, Shaping up, getting fitter, gaining agility, learning to move through dance or even gaining flexibility and the much needed headspace that Yoga practice provides. Above all, we place emphasis on the FUN and QUALITY OF LIFE aspect of our services and events.
