I work in an environment where a lot of young women and men are concerned with their body image, concerned with the way they feel and look. So being a personal trainer (and a strong woman), I help show them that working out and fitness in NOT just about changing your body image, it's also about improving your self-confidence and feeling better about yourself regardless of your shape or size.
