A Family Home Building Tradition More than 100 years ago a carpenter/builder with the last name of Cone served the housing needs of the Kosciusko County area. That man was Chester Cone, whose son Charles, and then grandson Dana, would carry on the family skill. At an early age, Dana helped his dad on job sites and learned to use the tools of their trade. Founded 32 years ago by Dana and his wife, Kathy, Cone Construction Inc. of Syracuse, Indiana, accepts all kinds of jobs, from installing screen doors and remodeling kitchens and baths to building a customer's dream home.
