Enigma helps technology leaders hire and build stronger, more diverse teams. Enigma uses bite-sized, interactive, puzzles based on real-world scenarios to assess how job applicants think and solve problems. These assessments go well beyond traditional multiple-choice tests to evaluate candidates' real-world skills and their true aptitude for cybersecurity roles. Our approach is inspired by Alan Turing and British codebreakers in WWII who used a series of crosswords and puzzles to screen potential candidates to join them in the war effort. Today, Enigma applies the same screening principle to the modern cybersecurity landscape by giving people a chance to show what they can do regardless of their background. Hiring Managers using the Enigma platform have been able to uncover hidden talent in their hiring pipelines, diversify their teams, and cut interview cycle times by 50%.
