Liberata has been providing business process services to the public and commercial sectors for over forty years. With over 1,400 staff operating out of 11 locations, Liberata has managed successful public sector partnerships (including the Ministry of Justice, the London Boroughs of Bromley, Croydon, Hounslow, Hillingdon and Wandsworth, North Somerset Council, Pendle Council, Redcar and Cleveland Council, Burney Council and Worcestershire Council) and has delivered operational services to over 500 organisations (Revenues and Benefits; HR & Payroll, Finance & Accountancy). Liberata has generated an additional £675 million of revenue for local authority clients and identified over £30 million of unnecessary payments made by public and commercial sector organisations.
