Hazel Heartwood guides human organizations through digital transformation. We are a platform of experienced and creative people, with a team of +80 active consultants working for over twenty clients worldwide. Since 2011, we are part of SD Worx NV. We run large scale business and ICT digital transformation programs in the domains of Customer Experience, Omni Channel Management & Data Enablement, from scope definition to execution. We humanize digital transformation programs with orchestration, aiming at our clients' business continuity and sustainability. We generate value by guiding enterprise-level businesses in the process of defining digital products dedicated to core business areas and establish product teams that will design, develop, configure, rollout and own these products through their lifecycles. Our experience in digital product development and ownership ranges from Software-as-a-Service solutions to bespoke software hosted in Platform-as-a-Service or Infrastructure-as-a-Service solutions. We have established partnerships with software development and implementation providers, allowing us to perform end-to-end digital transformation projects.
