They are global in nature and indicate general areas that the district desires to pursue. • Student Performance • Customer Service • Cost Effectiveness • Quality Staff GOALS Goal 1: Student performance will be on track for meeting the district goal of being exemplary and on track to meet the AYP goals in May of 2014. Goal 2: Students will make annual progress toward graduation. Goal 3: Indicators will demonstrate an increase in the percentage/numbers of students who receive a diploma and are involved in activities that help prepare them for success beyond high school. Goal 4: AISD will demonstrate fiscal responsibility by operating efficiently and effectively. Goal 5: AISD will improve the customer service environment at all campuses and the Education Support Center. Goal 6: AISD will ensure that our teachers meet highly qualified standards.
