Soma Development Company was built out of pure necessity. Our mission is to bring people together and allow teams to work in different places and time zones without losing that sense of community - combining the perks of working together, even from afar.  Soma was developed to emphasize the importance of working as a team, without the restrictions of being confined to a physical space. While current tools allowed us to work from anywhere, it did not feel like we were working collaboratively.
