We create concepts, set up full-scale operations, and provide ongoing management for our own restaurants, as well as for projects by third party investors. Clients include: Swire and The Opposite House in Beijing, as well as East Hotel in Hong Kong and Beijing; Mattel and House of Barbie in Shanghai; Dolce & Gabbana and Martini Bar in Shanghai; Media Markt Cafe (multiple locations) in Shanghai. Concepts created and managed by DLC in Shanghai include: The Fat Olive, Downstairs with David Laris, Yucca, The Purple Onion, The Funky Chicken and more. DLC also specializes in branding & design services for new and existing brands, as well as full communications strategy, including marketing, PR, and social media strategy. Within our group umbrella, we provide premium event catering services under The King's Kitchen Catering, as well as specialized chocolate brands under The Pink Co., including David Laris Signature Chocolates and Barbie Chocolates.
