Growth Performance Systems (GPS) works with entrepreneurs who are passionate about growing a successful enterprise. We help them develop a plan for growth so that the business doesn't outgrow their ability to lead and manage it. As businesses grow, so does its complexity, due primarily to the addition of people. The more people, the more complex the organization becomes. Without a plan, many successful entrepreneurial endeavors end up in chaos.
