Officina del Sole is located on the highest of the hills in the heart of the Marche region, a few kilometers far from the Adriatic Sea and the Sibillini Mountains. Officina del Sole is a unique and sustainable Wine Relais, the work of meticulous restoration of an abandoned farm. The wines, olive oil, jams that we produce here are genuine and healthy, being an expression of the authenticity of the territory. Our harvest is done strictly by hand so that we can preserve the organoleptic characteristics of grapes, olives and fruit to the maximum. The attention we have in respecting the times of nature is the same we have for our exclusive and sustainable packaging. using exclusively natural paper labels, recyclable cardboard boxes and wooden crates.
