We are a full service counseling center offering psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families and adolescents in Decatur, Georgia. We are dedicated to an integral healing approach attending to the emotional, relational, intellectual, spiritual and physical aspects of life. If you find yourself in a period of stress and anxiety, depression, transition, relationship distress or needing support and understanding for painful emotional experiences we can help. Individual and group treatment is available for healing developmental and situational trauma. We specialize in couples therapy and have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples. EFT is a well-researched therapy model developed by Dr. Sue Johnson that enables couples to heal pain and distress and regain feelings of closeness, safety and connection to one another. Hold Me Tight ® , a weekend retreat for couples, is offered several times a year. Lullwater Counseling offers a residency program for master's level professionals. This program provides the necessary supervision and clinical hours required for licensure.
