We supply a diversified client base that includes composite and thermoplastic molding, steel forming, cold and hot steel stamping, forging, Titanium compaction, large plate and pipe forming as well as many industry specific special processes. Industry sectors include automotive, heavy truck, defense, housing, agricultural, and industrial. Our people truly make the difference. Our highly skilled and experienced technicians and engineers are degreed and skilled in electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, machine design areas of expertise as well as project engineering and management. We serve the entire US from our Engineering and Rebuild Centers located in Indiana and North Carolina. We keep an ongoing inventory of good used presses and machinery available throughout the US. We offer this equipment to our clients fully refurbished, upgraded, installed and started in the clients facility. We specifically excel in the control of sophisticated hydraulic servo applications in large tonnage presses. We offer expansion planning and facility design services for clients planning to add manufacturing space as well as specify and install plant utilities and equipment. Our Mobile Press Process Monitoring systems (MPPM) can be connected to any press and allow measurement and reporting of all speed, pressure and position data used both for machine diagnosis and process development.
