DJ Stringer Property Services is the largest independent property group servicing the Southern Gold Coast and Northern NSW regions providing professional real estate consultancy solutions. From its humble beginnings at Kirra beach working from a 60sqm office back in 2001, principals David and Tammy Stringer have established a business providing consultancy for all real estate services. It's management portfolio is valued at over $300m and accommodates the residential and commercial needs of over 1,600 landlords and tenants. DJ Stringer Property Services now employs approximately 30 staff and operates out of a 600sqm dual level, main street building in Coolangatta CBD known as the DJ Stringer Property Services 'Exhibition Centre; showcasing a full range of properties for sale and lease across all spectrums including project marketing. Such projects successfully completed or in progress include; Silverstone, Pearl of Kirra, Southbeach Apartments, Margaret River Apartments and Kirra Pure Apartments.
