At SEP Bulgaria we turn the mobile telephone into a secure and easy-to-use tool for banking, payment and access to electronic services. Our project is unique for Bulgaria. Similar services have been launched so far only in mature markets, such as Japan, Great Britain, Italy, Austria. SEP Buglaria is a national operator of electronic services system. Our open business model fosters collaboration of partners from various business sectors – banks, TELCOs, trade and utility companies, etc. This model is fully compliant with the proposed successful GSMA standard for mobile payments. SEP Bulgaria provides for an open and reliable technological platform allowing an easy access of suppliers to customers and vice versa. SEP Bulgaria has been licensed: • payment system operator for transactions by means of Electronic Payment Instruments (EPI) by the Bulgarian National Bank since 2007 • qualified signature provider by the Communications Regulation Commission since 2008 SEP Bulgaria has attracted more than 5 million euro from leading Bulgarian investors.
