The Rochester Avon Recreation Authority(RARA) has been the standard in recreation services for the communities of Rochester, Rochester Hills, Oakland Township, and the greater area residents since 1946. RARA offers more than 2500 programs a year focusing on the needs of our community through continuous evaluation and revision.
