MHCS is one of the oldest and largest local CPA firms in Central Iowa. Founded in 1946, we continue to extend excellent service to our clients, providing them with accounting, tax, assurance, consulting, and business advisory services. This mix allows us to assign experienced personnel to our engagements with the added benefit of reduced turnover. Over the years, we have grown from 3 to approximately 75 team members. We have offices located in West Des Moines and Winterset and work with several clients in the surrounding areas like Urbandale, Johnston, Waukee, Adel, Ankeny, Altoona, Grimes and many others.
