Finansiel Stabilitet

Finansiel Stabilitet is a public limited company owned by the Danish State through the Ministry of Business and Growth. Finansiel Stabilitet is working to wind up the activities taken over from distressed banks as quickly as possible, in a financially prudent manner and in compliance with the Group's values, including fair and proper conduct. Finansiel Stabilitet was established in October 2008 as part of an agreement between the Danish State and the Danish banking sector (the Private Contingency Association) on a scheme to secure financial stability. The agreement was reached in response to the international crisis and the impact it was having on the financial sector.
