Sensible Environmental Solutions Inc. (SES) was founded in 1995 and has offices located in Concord and Oakland, California. As a California certified small business, SES offers its clients the utmost quality and is committed to providing consistent and cost effective services. We specialize in environmental program management in support of large scale Modernization Programs for School Districts, County and Government Agencies, and Private Facilities. Services we provide include asbestos, lead-based paint, PCB, microbial, industrial hygiene and hazardous material services. We work closely with our Clients Project Teams which include Primary and Second Tier Architects, Mechanical, Civil and Structural Engineers to coordinate and develop hazardous material abatement bid submittal documents and cost estimates. We also provide a wide range of hazardous material related construction support services throughout the course of modernization.
