AIMPERA Capital Partners is a private investment firm that seeks to invest in asset-rich operating businesses that provide essential services. The company generally seeks majority stake investments, often in family-owned infrastructure businesses. These businesses are pre-institutional in the North American lower middle market. The firm was founded in 2018 and is a successor to its related investment advisor, American Infrastructure Funds, L.L.C. ("AIM"). The AIMPERA team has been involved in the management and deployment of nearly $3 billion of capital including through funds of AIM.
