Founded in 2014, March Capital Management ("MCM") is a woman- and minority-owned real estate investment and development firm headquartered in San Francisco. We focus on repositioning, developing and extracting the "highest and best use" out of underutilized properties in high growth, supply-constrained markets. As an established fund operator with deep market expertise and established relationships, we take an innovative and hands-on approach to management and execution. Since inception, MCM has deployed over $790 million across 40 investments. Of which, MCM has realized $168 million across 25 investments with a median project IRR of 35%. MCM HAS NEVER LOST MONEY ON AN INVESTMENT.
