R & B Holdings, LLC

R&B Holdings, LLC is a small, family run company founded in 2010. The founders, Ron Cox and Betsy Wilson, bring a wealth of experience in the design and construction industries, as well as real estate investment. Since its inception, R & B Holdings has been involved in many property transactions for our own portfolio and for our clients. Ron, an electrical engineer by training, spent many years in the design and construction of commercial data center properties. Now a licensed real estate agent with Atrium Real Estate Investments, also represents other investors in the selection, evaluation, and procurement of investment properties for fix and flip, and buy and hold strategies. Betsy comes from a commercial project management and design background. In addition, she designed and acted as the General Contractor on the construction of our own home. She brings a wealth of experience, knowledge, and sense of design to the team. She is instrumental in the selection, renovation, and disposition of properties.
